2020 Pushups 4 Pledges

At just 14, Ben Sahr is in the fight of his life against Ewing's sarcoma, a form of bone cancer. But he's also fighting for the futures of all kids facing cancer — one pushup at a time.

Since 2017, Ben and his physical therapist at Sanford Children's, Dr. Dan Steventon (South Dakota's first and only board-certified specialist in oncology physical therapy!), have faced off in an annual pushup challenge, Pushups 4 Pledges, to raise funds for Sanford Children’s Cure Kids Cancer.

This year, they extend the challenge to you!

Support Team Ben and help fight for the futures of kids fighting cancer.

Complete 20 pushups on video and donate $20 by texting "TeamBen" (one word) to "51555." Here's the twist: pushups must be done Ben-style (with two arms and one leg on the floor) in honor of Ben, who lost a leg to a cancer-related amputation.

Bonus: When you donate $20, you'll also receive a Pushups 4 Pledges T-shirt!

Post your video on social media. Tag and hashtag: #SanfordChildrensCureKidsCancer and #FuturesWorthFightingFor

Tag three friends in your post, challenging them to do 20 for $20.

100% of every dollar raised will advance pediatric cancer research and patient care to help give all kids hope for a future beyond cancer.
